What is OrderBlink?
Your restaurant's own online ordering store, at its own address. Customers order delivery or pickup from their phone, and you run orders, the menu and your branches from one dashboard.
Do you take a commission on my orders?
No. On the monthly package you pay one fixed price for unlimited orders. On pay as you go you pay a small fixed fee per order from prepaid credit, never a percentage of the order.
Do I need a website or technical skills?
No. Sign up, confirm your email, and your store is ready at yourname.orderblink.app. You can connect your own domain later.
How long does it take to start?
Minutes. Add your menu by hand, import a spreadsheet, or upload photos of your printed menu and OrderBlink reads it for you to review.
Can I make the store look like my brand?
Yes. Upload your logo and set its size, add a cover photo and a browser icon, choose your three brand colors, a font and the corner style, and add your own pages (about us, contact, policies) in Arabic and English. You can also use your own domain. Some of these depend on your package.
Can customers pay online, or only cash?
Both. Customers can pay cash or by card. Card payments are collected for you and paid out to your bank account or mobile wallet when you ask.
Does it work in Arabic and English?
Yes. Your store, your dashboard and the messages customers get all work in both languages.
Can I manage several branches?
Yes. Each branch has its own prices, delivery zones, opening hours and staff. How many branches and staff you can add depends on your package.
How do my customers sign in?
With their phone number and a code sent on WhatsApp. One account works across every store on OrderBlink.
Do I need a tablet or special device?
No. The dashboard works on any phone or computer, and new orders can alert your staff on their phones.
Can I run ads and promotions?
Yes. Add your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel to measure your ads, and create discount codes and offers for your customers.
