Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between pay as you go and monthly?

Pay as you go: you buy credit and each order uses a small fixed fee from it, with no monthly fee. Monthly: one fixed price and unlimited orders. You can move between them later.

Is there a free trial?

Pay as you go starts with free credit. Monthly packages that offer a free trial need no card to start it; you pay from your dashboard before it ends.

What happens when my credit runs out or my month ends?

Your store stops taking new orders until you top up or pay. Nothing is deleted, and we remind you before it happens.

How do I pay OrderBlink?

By card, mobile wallet or InstaPay. From your dashboard you can top up credit, pay a month or a year, or change your package.

Can my package renew automatically?

Yes. When you pay your monthly or yearly package by card, you can save the card so it renews by itself. You can turn this off or remove the card any time.

Is there a yearly price?

Yes, on the monthly package, and it costs less than paying month by month.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. The prices you see include VAT.

What are the fees on online payments from my customers?

Only the payment company's fee per card payment, shown in your dashboard before you turn online payment on. OrderBlink adds nothing on top.

When do I receive money from online orders?

It becomes available 7 days after the order is delivered or picked up. Ask for a payout from 200 EGP, to your bank account, InstaPay or a mobile wallet.

Can I change my package?

Yes, from your dashboard. Moving to the monthly package starts when you pay; moving to pay as you go starts when your paid period ends.

Do you have referral rewards?

Yes. Every restaurant gets its own code. When a restaurant you invite makes its first payment, you are rewarded, and the new restaurant gets its own discount.
