Terms and Conditions
The agreement between OrderBlink and the restaurants that use it, and the rules for customers who order from their stores.

1. About these terms
OrderBlink (“OrderBlink”, “we”) is an online ordering platform operated from Fifth Settlement, Cairo, Egypt. It gives restaurants and cafés (“Restaurants”) an online store, an order dashboard and related tools, and lets their customers (“Customers”) order from those stores.
By creating an account, using a dashboard, or placing an order through a store powered by OrderBlink, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund and Cancellation Policy and our Service Delivery Policy.
2. What OrderBlink does, and what it does not
Each Restaurant gets its own store at an address such as name.orderblink.app or on its own domain, a dashboard to manage its menu, branches, opening hours, delivery zones, promotions and orders, and marketing tools.
The Restaurant is the seller of the food and drinks in its store. OrderBlink provides the software only: it does not prepare, sell or deliver food and is not a party to the sale between a Restaurant and a Customer.
3. Restaurant accounts
- The account owner must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement for the business.
- Information you give us (names, email, phone, business details) must be true and kept up to date. Your email is verified before your store is created.
- You are responsible for everyone you give access to your dashboard. Give each staff member their own account, keep passwords private, and remove access when someone leaves.
- Tell us straight away at support@orderblink.app if you think someone has used your account without permission.
4. Packages and fees
You choose a package when you sign up and can change it later with our help. Current prices are shown in Egyptian pounds on our Pricing page.
Packages may differ in how many branches and staff they allow and in which features they include (for example reports, a custom domain or marketing tools), as shown on our Pricing page. If your package stops including a feature, what you set up for it is kept and comes back when it is included again.
- Pay as you go: you keep prepaid credit with us. A fixed fee is taken from your credit for every order placed in your store, when the order is placed; it is not returned if the order is later cancelled. New stores receive free starting credit. When your credit reaches zero, your store stops accepting online orders until you top up.
- Monthly package: a fixed monthly fee for unlimited orders, paid in advance for each month, or for a year at once at the yearly price where one is offered. When a paid period ends, a short grace period follows, after which the store stops accepting online orders until the next payment. Nothing renews automatically.
- Free trials, first-month prices and sales: we may offer a free trial on the monthly package, a lower price for your first paid month, or a sale price (or bonus credit on pay as you go) for a limited time, as shown on our Pricing page when you pay. Only one offer applies to each month paid: the one that costs you least. Offers have no cash value.
- We may change our prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before by email or in your dashboard; new prices apply from your next top-up or month.
5. Paying OrderBlink
You can pay by bank card or mobile wallet through our payment provider, Paymob, or by bank transfer or InstaPay. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page; OrderBlink never sees or stores your full card number.
Refunds of what you pay us are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Orders between Restaurants and Customers
- The Restaurant sets its menu, prices, taxes, delivery fees, delivery zones, opening hours and estimated times, and decides whether to accept an order.
- Customers pay the Restaurant for their order, currently in cash on delivery or pickup. Where online payment is offered, it is processed by the payment provider on the Restaurant’s behalf.
- Questions about an order, its quality, delivery or a refund are for the Restaurant, which handles cancellations and refunds of its customers’ orders under its own policy shown in its store. We will help put you in touch if needed.
- Customers must give a correct name, phone number and delivery address, and must not place fake or abusive orders. A Restaurant may refuse or cancel an order.
7. Restaurant responsibilities
- Hold the licences and permits your business needs and follow food safety rules.
- Keep your menu, prices, allergen information, opening hours and delivery zones accurate.
- Honour the orders you accept and the promotions you publish.
- Use the customer data you receive only to fulfil and support orders, and in line with Egyptian law, including the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
8. Acceptable use
Nobody may use OrderBlink to:
- sell anything illegal, or food and drink that is unsafe or not allowed to be sold;
- mislead, harass or defraud customers, restaurants or us;
- copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the platform, or probe or disrupt its security;
- send spam or upload harmful code.
9. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of your content: your name, logo, photos, menu and texts. You allow us to host and display it to run your store and, with your permission, to show your store as an example.
OrderBlink’s software, design, name and logo belong to us. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service.
10. Availability and data
We work to keep OrderBlink available at all times and back up our databases every day, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We announce planned maintenance in advance where we can.
11. Suspension and closing an account
- We may pause or suspend a store that breaks the law or these terms, puts customers at risk, or has unpaid fees. We will tell the owner why, and give notice first unless there is an urgent risk.
- You can close your store at any time by contacting support. Unused credit is refunded as our Refund and Cancellation Policy describes. We keep and delete data as our Privacy Policy describes.
12. Liability
As far as Egyptian law allows, OrderBlink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, or for the food, drinks or delivery provided by Restaurants. Our total liability to a Restaurant for any claim is limited to the fees it paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For significant changes we will tell Restaurants by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use OrderBlink after that means you accept the new terms.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue amicably; otherwise the competent courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.
